Q: I just received the mop, why are there water stains in the bottle?

A: We carefully test the sprayer before shipping, so it is normal to find some water in the bottle. It has not been used.

Q: Why doesn't the mop spray water?

A: 1. Please check if the bottle is installed correctly. 2. Press the trigger 10-15 times continuously during the first use. 3. Clean the water tank and spray nozzle of the floor mop after use.
